Terms of Use Agreement by and Between Curvball, Inc. ("Curvball") and the member ("Member")

This agreement is entered by and between Curvball, Inc., a Colorado Corporation located at 507 Canyon Boulevard, Suite 105, Boulder, CO 80302 (Curvball) and the member, (a person, business, or other entity) purchasing, or attempting to purchase, membership based services. The member is determined by the account for which this membership service request is being submitted for the purpose of membership activation (Member).

Member desires to engage Curvball for the following purpose: To have access to Curvball's phone routing system to connect the member to Curvball's network of affiliated lawyers for the purpose of requesting legal information and for legal insurance services in the State of Colorado.

To carry out this purpose, the Member agrees and acknowledges the following conditions of use, restrictions or limitations of services, and further acknowledges the following obligations to Curvball:
